gwerner: I’ve seen a lot of their work. I actually prefer their whimsical “Martha’s Vineyard” and “Nantucket” maps to their more serious work, like their fantasy Austin TX map - I think it suits the style of map that they create (bold, bright, colourful) better.

postandlintel: I’ll add it to the list! I was in Prague in early 2004 and only used the Metro once to get from the main railway station on the edge of town to our hostel. After that, I far preferred the tram system for getting around.

Anonymous 1: Great choice, consider it added to the list!

Anonymous 2: Cleveland has rapid transit? Consider me educated and consider that on the list.

Anonymous 3: Hmmm, not sure I actually have the inclination or the time to redesign the SEPTA map, although admittedly it does need a helping hand! They could do worse than looking back at their own old maps for ideas about style.
